REPRODUKTIVNI CENTAR

Sa ciljem kompletiranja proizvodnih potencijala doo AGREKS je 2001-ve godine izgradio reproduktivni centar živinarske proizvodnje, pri čemu su poštovana najnovija tehnološka dostignuća na ovome polju sa ciljem proizvodnje kvalitetnog finalnog proizvoda koji će zadovoljiti rastuće zahtjeve kupaca.

Reproduktivni centar se sastoji iz slijedeće tri cjeline:
- inkubatorska stanica
- odgoj i eksploatacija matičnih jata lake linije
- odgoj i eksploatacija matičnih jata teške linije



Inkubatorska stanica

Inkubator AGREKS DOO je osnovan sa ciljem unapređenja živinarske proizvodnje u BiH. Inkubator, smješten u kompleksu Agreks doo Donji Žabar, je građen po najnovijoj tehnologiji na ovom polju i osigurava maksimalne uslove valenje pilića kao i perfomanse pilića uz poštovanje biosigurnosti po svjetskim standardima. Jaja iz kojih se pilići izležu su proizvod naših vlastitih matičnih jata, a pilići po izležaju dobijaju cjelokupnu zdravstvenu zaštitu i bivaju podloženi veterinarskoj kontroli.

Cjelokupan proces proizvodnje od roditelja preko jajeta do pileta kao krajnjeg proizvoda biva praćen i kontrolisan od strane stručne službe Agreks doo uz saradnju sa ovlaštenom državnom institucijom. Koncept rada inkubatora uključuje leženje pilića kako za vlastite potrebe tako i za potrebe tržišta. Pilići proizvedeni na ovakav način predstavljaju prepoznatljiv proizvod na tržištu, i u daljnjem toku imaju nad prosječne perfomanse. Ovo daje Agreksu jednu od liderskih pozicija na domaćem tržištu kao proizvođaču jednodnevnih pilića za daljnji tov kao i onih za odgoj osamnaestonedjeljnih koka nosilica.



Odgoj i eksploatacija matičnih jata lake linije

Odgoj i eksplatacija matičnih jata lake linije se vrši uz saradnju sa svjetski poznatim institutima za selekciju. Cilj je stvaranje uniformnog matičnog jata lake linije, maksimalnih proizvodnih perfomansi, a sve to po najvišim tehnološkim normativima. Kao proizvod eksplatacije tako odgojenog matičnog jata nastaje rasplodno jaje čijim leženjem u inkubatoru, nakon odvajanja pilića po polu, nastaje žensko pile lake linije, čijim se odgojom dobija koka nosilja.



Odgoj i eksploatacija matičnih jata teške linije

Kao i kod odgoja i eksplatacije matičnog jata lake linije i ovdje pri odgoju i eksplataciji vrši se saradnja sa poznatim svjetskim institutima, sa ciljem stvaranja uniformnog matičnog jata, maksimalnih proizvodnih perfomansi. Međutim kao proizvod eksploatacije matičnog jata teške linije nastaje rasplodno jaje, čijim leženjem u inkubatoru, nastaje pile za daljnji tov.



HATCHERY

In order to complete its production potential AGREKS doo has build a centre for reproduction of poultry in 2001, with respect of all high technological achievements in this field and with a single goal to produce a quality product which will meet the ever rising consumer demands.

Centre for reproduction is consisted of three parts:
- incubator's station
- breeding and exploitation of light line registered flock
- breeding and exploitation of heavy line registered flock


Incubator's station

AGREKS doo's incubator has been established in order to bring poultry production in Bosnia and Herzegovina to a higher level. It is located within the AGREKS doo complex in Donji Zabar, and it has been build according to the state of the art technology in this field, which ensures excellent conditions for breeding, and later performances, of chicken, with all world wide bio safety standards respected. Eggs, from which chicken are being hatched, are product of AGREKS doo's own setting hens, and all chicken go through veterinary control after being hatched.

Entire production process, from parent and egg to chicken as a final product, is followed and controlled by AGREKS doo's experts, with an official government institution's cooperation. Concept of this incubator is to hatch chicken to meet the needs of the market, as well as internal ones. Chicken produced here represent a recognizable product on the market, with high level of performance. This places AGREKS doo, as a producer of one-day plump chicken and eighteen-weeks setting hens, as one of the leaders on the domestic market.



Breeding and exploitation of light line registered flock

Breeding and exploitation of light line registered flock is being done in cooperation with worldwide known selection institutes. Its goal is to produce a uniform light line registered flock by highest technological normative. A reproductive egg which, when chicken are hatched in the incubator and selected by gender, gives light line setting hens as a result of exploitation of such registered flock. Entire production process is monitored by AGREKS doo's experts, with cooperation of an adequate state institution.



Breeding and exploitation of heavy line registered flock

Just like with light line registered flock breeding and exploitation, heavy line registered flock is being done in cooperation with worldwide known selection institutes, with a same goal- to produce a uniform heavy line registered flock with highest level of performances. However, as a result of exploitation of such registered flock, a reproductive egg which, when hatched in the incubator, produces plump chicken. Needless to say that technological normative for these two registered flocks, are completely different.

Entire process of breeding and exploitation is monitored by the AGREKS doo's group of experts, in cooperation with registered state institutions.

Production of the reproductive centre is organised to meet all the environmental standards.
